GENERAL INFORMATION
Event Policies
D1 is dedicated to providing exciting racing Events that are safe and enjoyable. We appreciate you considering dromo one and ask that you take note of the following policies to ensure the success of your Event:
Exclusive Event Bookings
A minimum of seven (7) days notice is required to book an Exclusive Event. A deposit of 50% is payable upon booking; the balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Events canceled more than ten (10) days in advance will receive a credit equal to the amount of their deposit for a rescheduled Event. A rescheduled Event must take place within thirty (30) days of the original Event date or lose its deposit. Events cancelled ten (10) days or less in advance will forfeit their deposit.
Catering Policy
All food and drink served/consumed at D1 must be organized through D1's Event Coordinators.
